Digital Marketing Specialist

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns Audit intake requests within project management platforms for campaign requirement accuracy Build project requirements and timelines Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously Work with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle and with campaign managers and analysts Participate in knowledge sharing and process efficiency Drive project deadlines for on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality campaigns and reporting Monitor campaigns and alert strategists to anticipated issues with suggested solutions Review and proof marketing collateral and perform quality control Support development and maintenance of internal tools and process optimization Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings Perform other duties assigned by the Manager, Digital Marketing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile, web, SMS) Strong project management skills with a proven record of delivering on time and on budget Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals and best practices Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work from the Orlando corporate office or remotely in eligible states High degree of proficiency in Airtable, Workfront and MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns, project management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring high-quality deliverables and process optimization.
