Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current California SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may also be considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create targeted intervention plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress according to district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and strategies to educators for classroom carry-over
• Stay current on best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
