The position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across grade levels, addressing diverse communication challenges and supporting students in their journey to academic and personal growth.

Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle a full-time caseload across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech-language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy services and document progress
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP reviews
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations
