Join a Team That Takes Pride in Restoring Properties Trash Out Lead Technician Pay: $21.00‑$23.00/hr Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8‑10 hour shifts This is not a desk job. Responsibilities Complete trash outs and cleanouts of evicted and vacant apartment units Safely load, haul, and dispose of debris, furniture, appliances, and household waste Pull and maneuver trailers safely throughout the workday Utilize company apps and mobile technology to document completed work Take before and after photos of units and submit reports through the app Work efficiently while maintaining safety standards Assist with heavy lifting and removal of bulky items Maintain cleanliness and organization of company equipment and trailers Communicate professionally with supervisors and property staff Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience pulling trailers is strongly preferred Ability to safely lift and move 50 to 100 pounds regularly Comfortable working in dirty, unpleasant, or high‑filth environments when necessary Ability to work in Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions Reliable transportation Basic smartphone and app usage skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team The Ideal Person for This Role Does not shy away from difficult work Takes ownership and works with urgency Understands safety matters at all times Can stay productive without constant supervision Has a "figure it out" mentality Treats company equipment and client properties with respect What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($21/hr–$23/hr) Opportunities for overtime Growth opportunities within the company Consistent work with a growing operation Supportive team environment Company equipment provided We value hardworking people who show up, communicate, and take pride in what they do.
