Strategic Broker Engagement Leader

Responsibilities Drive business growth and profitability by building and maintaining relationships with key retail and wholesale brokers Shape and execute on our distribution strategy Serve as a primary point of contact for retail and wholesale brokers within the region Facilitate regional pipelining discussions for global brokers and associated follow up activities Develop and grow databases of regional broker contacts and target accounts Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 10+ years of Commercial and Specialty Insurance experience Deep relationships with brokers both in the geographical region and at the national level Experience in relationship management and/or business development Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision‑making and measure success Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence both directly and indirectly Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Commercial and Specialty Insurance, with a strong focus on relationship management and business development.
