In this vital hybrid role, you will:
- Warmly greet and assist customers and visitors, directing inquiries effectively.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining an organized office.
- Accurately process financial transactions as a cashier.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and file management.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient branch atmosphere.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, and/or cash handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
