Environmental Specialist (Sherman, Texas)

If you're dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability and building compliance programs that drive real business results, this is the role for you!Texas Instruments (TI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Specialist to join our team in Sherman, Texas. In this role, you will help ensure TI's operations meet environmental regulatory requirements, drive sustainability initiatives, and champion responsible environmental practices across our facilities.Responsibilities include:Developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring site environmental programsProviding oversight of activities and ensuring that formal procedures and training programs meet or exceed regulatory requirementsEnsuring compliance with federal, state and local environmental, safety and health regulationsManage and participate in agency inspections and represent the company in negotiations on compliance or enforcement issues.Preparing environmental permit applications, compliance reports and other regulatory responsesMaintaining documentation associated with environmental permits, compliance reports and other regulatory required recordsReviewing, approving and providing feedback on planned work activities as they relate to environmental, safety and health requirementsTeaming with other professionals to strengthen the site programsTexas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.Why TI?Engineer your future.
