This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 8am 5pm Monday Friday, full time coverage

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Type of cases and required procedures: bread-and-butter practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, etcetera

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and must be board certified

Licensure required: must have an active Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact Letter of Qualification IMLCC LOQ)
