Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse-Psychiatric for our client in Brooklyn, NY 11203. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Registered Nurse-Psychiatric Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203 Duration: 13 weeks to 6+ months Work Schedule: Day shift (3*12/5*8) 36 to 40hrs per week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Registered Nurses are members of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with mental illness including:
- Coordinating and providing nursing care
- Conducting nursing assessments
- Preparing, implementing, and modifying nursing care plans
- Providing health teaching, counseling, and education to individuals and families
- Implementing infection control protocols and procedures
- Observing and recording individual's symptoms and care; reporting responses to medications or changes in health
Requirements:
- Must have active RN License NYS
- BLS by AHA
