Welder

Put your welding skills to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality steel and aluminum products. We're looking for dependable welders who take pride in quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• Set up and adjust welding equipment
• Read blueprints and follow production specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Grind and finish welds as needed
• Track production output and complete daily reports
• Report equipment or material issues to supervisors

• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with fabrication and/or flux-core welding
• Welding certificate required
• Previous production welding experience preferred

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Overtime and weekend hours required as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
