Structural Engineering Professional Associate

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering Professional Engineering (P.E.) License Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems. Must have demonstrated experience in the structural design for steel and concrete structures on a variety of projects. Must have advanced working proficiency in STAAD Pro Must have working knowledge of Revit. Must have a solid working knowledge of building codes and other applicable structural codes. Should have and display strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and clients. Perform calculations of structural systems, (hand calculations, computer-aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis (Staad) Assist in creation of contract drawings via providing drawing input to structural designer Comments/Special Instructions PE is non-negotiable visa sponsorship not possible Position can be remote or near theoffice. Remote position justified because the role does not require client and contractor face-to-face interaction, and coordination on the project is executed remotely already.
