Pain Medicine Physician/ Chronic Pain Physician

Location:  Wyoming
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type:  Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pain Medicine Physician to join a progressive, physician-run healthcare setting. • Practice with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
• Focus on chronic pain management and interventional procedures
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of internists, specialists, and behavioral health professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with chronic and acute pain.
• Diagnose pain-related conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform interventional procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, and joint injections.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, surgeons, psychologists, and other providers.
• Educate patients on their conditions and self-management strategies.
• Stay up to date with advancements in pain medicine and regenerative therapies.
• Maintain detailed, compliant medical records and uphold ethical standards.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Expertise in chronic pain diagnosis and treatment
• Experience with or training in interventional pain procedures
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Interest in regenerative or emerging medical therapies is a plus

Education & Experience

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
  • (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Anaesthesiology backgrounds acceptable with Pain Fellowship)
• Active state medical license and DEA registration
• Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship Program
• Prior experience in interventional pain procedures preferred

Compensation & Benefits
