Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective client sessions.

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to a diverse client base, addressing various mental health challenges and fostering emotional resilience.

  • Keep detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

  • Regularly participate in professional development workshops and training courses to remain current with mental health trends and research.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the provision of comprehensive client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves serving a broad range of clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and family conflict. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LCPC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus and opportunities for performance-based incentives.
