Software developers sought to design and implement high-performance code for massively parallel special-purpose supercomputers. Our supercomputers, which combine cutting-edge ASICs with proprietary software, speed up molecular dynamics simulations by orders of magnitude and are designed in part to fundamentally transform the process of drug discovery. Successful hires will join an interdisciplinary research group pursuing an ambitious, long-term project aimed at achieving major scientific advances in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated low-level programming ability and excellent communication skills. Relevant areas of expertise might include parallel programming, embedded systems, multicore and GPU programming, compilers, assembly language programming, or architectural simulation, but specific knowledge of any of these areas is less critical than intellectual curiosity, versatility, and a track record of achievement.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with low-level programming in C/C++.
