Responsibilities Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations Help install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and system components Maintain clean and organized job sites Load/unload equipment and materials Support installation quality and efficiency Follow safety procedures and company standards Requirements HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift equipment and work in varying conditions Valid driver’s license preferred Positive attitude and team mentality Polestar has proudly served the Kansas City area for over 40 years and continues to grow.
