Level II Trauma and Stroke-Certified facility , delivering anesthesia care for a wide range of complex procedures including orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, neuro, spine, pediatric, and obstetric cases. With

Epic EMR , long-term assignment potential, and a varied caseload, this role is ideal for providers who thrive in high-acuity settings and value professional growth. Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a broad range of surgical procedures Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability Perform regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia techniques Place arterial lines and central lines as needed Participate in in-house call rotation Collaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and clinical staff Support care in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments

Case Mix

Orthopedic (including complex cases) Vascular and thoracic procedures (non-cardiac open heart excluded unless otherwise specified) Neurosurgical (head and spine) Obstetrics Pediatric and neonatal cases Trauma and general surgery Regional anesthesia and pain management techniques Requirements

Active Virginia CRNA license Board Certified CRNA Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ABLS certifications Experience managing complex surgical cases Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume anesthesia practice Schedule & Call
