Requirements

• Required certification: Oncology
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of outpatient oncology experience required 2. Cases: Oncology experience required, ambulatory care preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required, OCN preferred; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred; 4 hours of EPIC training required 7. Shifts/Call: 7:30a-6:30p; 4x10s schedule 8. RTO: Screenshot of candidate confirming RTO schedule required upon submission; requests with less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off prioritized; RTO after offer will NOT be accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; no weekends or holidays required 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from health system minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: RN average 18 hours non-billable modules; completed pre-start and annually; includes EPIC training and additional modules 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14.
