The Community Relations Liaison builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners to grow referral volume, client hours, and caregiver retention. This role promotes Talem Home Care & Placement Services, focusing on developing referral networks within healthcare, senior care, and community organizations. Success requires empathy, consultative sales skills, and comfort meeting families in their homes.

Key responsibilities include growing referral sources, conducting all phases of consultative sales, tracking leads and referrals in CRM, collaborating with Care Coordinator/Scheduling Supervisor to place caregivers with new clients, meeting/exceeding monthly referral and new client goals, developing co-marketing opportunities with senior-focused businesses, partnering with SEO/social media teams to maximize lead generation, conducting formal group presentations and maintaining referral provider relationships, and keeping accurate records of all sales, activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 23 years in marketing, sales, or healthcare relationship management, home care, home health, or hospice experience a plus, a valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance, and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Skills and traits include empathy and strong communication skills, knowledge of senior care services and resources, being organized, data-driven, and comfortable with CRM tools, and being team-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.

Compensation and benefits include a base salary of $70,000 $90,000 + commissions, an incentive/commission structure, medical, dental, vision insurance, direct deposit & company vehicle, a warm, supportive team environment, full-time, MondayFriday, 8 AM4 PM. (Flex schedule as needed), and travel within Broomfield, CO territory (not remote).
