Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
• Great with people and communication
• Comfortable on social media and creating content
• Organized and disciplined with CRM follow-up
• Competitive and eager to grow
• Looking for a long-term opportunity—not just another job

What You'll Do

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Evaluate trade-ins and present vehicle values to customers
• Work closely with our finance team to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Create content featuring our inventory and dealership to help generate additional sales opportunities

Compensation

• Front-end commission
• Back-end commission
• Minimum commission protection per deal
• Recoverable draw available
• $70,000–$160,000+
