Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong understanding of screening, assessment, and therapy planning for communication disorders such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Complete screenings and comprehensive assessments to tailor interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with educators and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to ensure compliance with regulations
• Engage in IEP meetings, developing appropriate goals and objectives
• Manage a caseload, prioritizing effective and timely care
• Foster a collaborative, supportive environment for students and staff
