Job Description Job Description Join Our Skilled Nursing Team as a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) We are excited to announce an opening for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) within our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home.’ Our RNs play a vital role in addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our commitment to “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Position Details Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities. Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement care plans as necessary, ensuring proper supervision of resident care. Coordinate assignments with care partners, holding each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Qualifications Active RN license. Current CPR certification. Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
