Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeSat05:00 AM - 11:00 AMSun05:00 AM - 11:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying authorization in accordance with site‑specific procedures and reporting discrepancies to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
