About your new Career:

As our successful Community Director, you will manage the lease-up process, community operations and team management programs at this 208-rental home community. Your goal will be to ensure optimal occupancy levels, maintain property value, oversee community maintenance, and foster a positive team environment.    

 

 Additional responsibilities include:

• Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, including hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team (Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Community Director, Maintenance Technician, and Leasing Consultant).
• Supervision of sales, leasing, and marketing activities
• Prepare and analyze budget reports, occupancy reports, and variances.
• Ensure and promote resident satisfaction through effective follow-through and leadership
• Utilize company software, including OneSite, MS Office (Word, Excel) and YieldStar

Important Dates: Pre-leasing begins 9/15/26, with a planned opening for 10/15/26.

Experience for your success: Our best Community Directors have 3+ years of property management experience, including a robust supervisory background, knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping, and understanding of basic landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing, and your people skills should be exceptional. With our support, you will coach, reward, and lead your team to success every day. 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Hours for this position are 8am-5pm and the days off are Sat/Sun.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Lewis offers you a competitive salary of $95K-$105K DOE, PLUS annual bonus potential, along with various medical/dental benefits plans, life insurance, free LinkedIn Learning training, $100/month cellphone allowance, a 401k plan with company match, and much more.
