Swing Shift Forklift OperatorLegacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Forklift Operator role in Vancouver, WA. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Pay: $22.15/hour + $0.50/hour swing shift differentialShift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials, finished products, and other materials throughout the facility.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other delivery vehicles while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.Transport materials to designated production, warehouse, and storage areas as needed.Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment before use and promptly report any equipment issues or safety concerns.Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with tracking materials and finished products.Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas.Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation related to material movement and inventory.Promptly report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; prior forklift or material handling experience is preferred.Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to reliably work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM swing shift.Forklift certification is preferred, but training may be provided.What We Offer:$22.15/hour + $0.50/hour swing shift differential.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The chance to contribute to a company that values sustainability, health, and community.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
