Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee all first-shift assembly operations for our client. As a key manufacturing leader at the company's new facility in the western suburbs, this individual will provide hands-on coaching and leadership to team members while driving the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Implement and monitor quality control measures. Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement improvements to production processes. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management. Profile 3+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+. A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment. Background in assembly environments strongly preferred. Sponsorship is not provided Job Offer A salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 depending on level of experience.
