Remote Medical Virtual Assistant - Spanish/English Front Desk

Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital

Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish-English bilingual) for front desk and administrative support. This full-time remote role operates 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (EDT), Monday–Friday, with responsibilities including virtual check-ins, co-pay collection, scheduling, and patient follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in medical administration, experience with patient scheduling and inbound calls, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (WebPT preferred).
