We’re currently looking for a 6:00 pm – 6:00 am shift, working on a 2‑2‑3 schedule. What You Will Do As a Coke Florida Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process, ensuring products and packaging meet standards. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods Analyze syrup, beverage, and water attributes Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coding equipment to ensure proper operation Conduct package quality inspection and audits, isolating product that does not meet standards Receive and test CO₂ and all raw materials prior to production Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of prior production/manufacturing experience OR 2+ years of relevant lab technician experience Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical skills Ability to read, write, and keep records Good computer skills including literacy with Excel and Word Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field preferred Food/beverage industry experience a plus This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
