Major Responsibilities:
- Service, diagnose and repair array of residential plumbing issues
- Perform routine maintenance on residential water conditioning equipment
- Maintain communication with dispatch team
- Be able to utilize a digital scheduling and invoicing software
- Excellent customer service skills are a must for dealing with customers on the job
