Seeking a qualified Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures. The candidate will operate ultrasound equipment to capture images for physician interpretation and patient diagnosis. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and ultrasounds following established protocols.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operate ultrasound equipment accurately to capture high-quality images.
- Document procedure details and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Certified in Diagnostic Sonography or Echocardiography.
- Proven experience performing ultrasound procedures.
- Strong understanding of cardiac and abdominal imaging techniques.
- Excellent patient communication and care skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, variable schedule environment.
- BLS certification preferred.
