Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures. The candidate will operate ultrasound equipment to capture images for physician interpretation and patient diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and ultrasounds following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring patient comfort.
• Operate ultrasound equipment accurately to capture high-quality images.
• Document procedure details and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certified in Diagnostic Sonography or Echocardiography.
• Proven experience performing ultrasound procedures.
• Strong understanding of cardiac and abdominal imaging techniques.
• Excellent patient communication and care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, variable schedule environment.
• BLS certification preferred.
