The day to day tasks will include sourcing, screening and recruiting top talent for open positions at Priority1.Responsibilities:Requisition creation and candidate status managementSourcing for candidates on multiple platforms including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn and HandshakeScreens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interview. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirementsCraft & update job descriptionsOrganize candidates data in internal databasesCoordinate interviews and contact applicants, as neededPrepare reports on new hire metricsOrganize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requestsProvide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR teamInterface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring processDevelops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicantsUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skillsAssist with updating social media and company branding on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and InstagramHelp coordinate the company newsletter to assist with brandingOther duties assignedQualifications:College degree preferred but not requiredAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineFamiliarity with social media, especially LinkedInExcellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skillsBenefits:$40,000 per year plus commissionsMedical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees AND dependentsDental Insurance 100% paid for EmployeeVision InsuranceHSA with Employer ContributionsLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityLong Term Disability401(k) PlanProfit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensationPaid Holidays AND PTOCancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies availablePhysical Requirements:Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required.
