Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative — Licensed Preferred Producer

Base pay + commission, based on licensing and experience

What you’ll do

• Connect with new leads and existing customers through calls, texts, and consistent follow-up.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products within your licensing authority.
• Identify additional protection needs, including life and health insurance.
• Help customers with policy questions, changes, and everyday service needs.
• Keep accurate records, follow agency processes, and complete assigned tasks.
• Work toward daily activity and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in team huddles, coaching, and product training.

What we’re looking for

An active Florida insurance license is strongly preferred, especially a 2-20. Life and health licensing is an additional plus.

• Insurance sales experience preferred;
  previous State Farm experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, asking questions, recommending coverage, and asking for the sale.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive about communicating.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to learning.
• Professional in appearance, communication, and how you treat others.
• Candidates without an active license may be considered based on sales experience and willingness to meet required licensing deadlines.
