Immigration Paralegal - Mandarin Speaking

Job Summary Well-established and fast-growing general practice law firm seeking experienced business immigration paralegal who is willing to make commitment to the firm's further growth. Paralegal with business immigration (L visa, O visa, EB-1, TN, H-1B) experience strongly preferred. 律所徵律師助理一名，須中文流利。 Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is required. Responsibilities and Duties Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation; Drafting petition support letters; Maintaining correspondence with clients and collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients; Corresponding with government officials; Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions; Assisting with special projects, as necessary. Qualifications and Skills Successful candidates mush have strong speaking and writing skills with a bachelor's degree. Must be dependable and reliable, with good problem-solving skills.
