Key Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic sessions tailored to individual, couples, or group needs, utilizing evidence-based counseling approaches. Develop personalized treatment plans that address client-specific mental health challenges, goals, and cultural considerations. Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and more, depending on client requirements. Provide consistent emotional support and situation-tailored feedback to clients, assisting them in developing coping strategies for their unique challenges. Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality. Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and methodologies in counseling practices. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients, respecting their unique cultural perspectives and experiences. Qualifications A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. An active, unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide counseling services. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for effective counseling and team collaboration. A strong ability to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive team dynamic. Preferred Experience Experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
