What You’ll Do

Provide perioperative care and assist in cardiovascular surgeries as a first assist
Perform specialized procedures including endo vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Assist in preoperative assessments and postoperative care plans
Maintain precise documentation and follow safety protocols
Support the surgical team in maintaining sterile field and equipment

What You Need

Valid current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Louisiana
Proven experience in cardiovascular surgery, specifically with vein and artery harvesting techniques
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Compassionate patient care approach and excellent communication skills
