Responsibilities Customer Engagement and Communication Understand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges. Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long‑term relationship and credibility with customers individually or at scale. Acts as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams. Architecture, Design and Deployment Run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments. Build, lead, and federate cross‑functional teams around pre‑sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts. Technical leadership Lead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions. Driving Customer Success Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. Qualifications Experience 3-4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre‑sales role. An experience in retail would be a plus. Skills Customer‑centric at heart: every decision you make revolves around our customers and bettering their experience. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions. Great project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time. Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation. Abilities Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical discipline and to work within a virtual global team environment. Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients and you serve. Spanish and English speaker. Education BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc. We innovate. We help communities thrive.
