Lead Registered Dental Assistant

Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Pflugerville, TX! Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications:

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation: $23-$28/hour offering a $1000 Sign on bonus
