We are welcoming experienced waxers as well as recently licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists to come work with us!
Full and Part Time positions available.

PAY RANGE: $15-$40/hour

SUMMARY :
Do you love waxing? Does educating clients about the benefits of waxing and sharing the latest product trends energize you? Are you looking to sharpen your waxing skills or learn a new technique? ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
2. Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.
3. Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
4. Support and protect our culture.
5. Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
6. Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required : Wisconsin Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team.
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Self-Motivated
