About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President of Human Resources to provide both strategic and operational leadership in a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the company's leadership and the broader community, with a focus on collaboration, organization, and adaptability. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing employee relations, compensation and classification, benefits, compliance, investigations, and HR operations. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in these areas and the ability to lead change in a thoughtful manner, while also building and maintaining credibility across the organization. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar HR leadership role. The role requires a leader with broad HR judgment and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment.
