Solar Project Manager

To support a team of Solar Service Technicians across an assigned region, the remote Area Solar Service Manager will lead, coach, and drive performance while ensuring exceptional post-installation customer support. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Solar Service Technicians through regular meetings and performance reviews Oversee daily service operations, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and on schedule Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns and monitor service quality for operational improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of residential solar experience Previous leadership experience managing field technicians or service teams Strong understanding of residential solar systems and electrical troubleshooting Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams Experience using CRM and field service management software
