Job Details

Requirements:

Deep experience with private placements and capital raising, including:

• Drafting/negotiating PPMs, subscription documents, and investor disclosure materials
• Structuring private and (where applicable) public raises
• Advising on securities compliance considerations and risk disclosures
• Ability to independently manage transactions, timelines, and client relationships
• Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills with a practical business mindset
• Jurisdictional bar flexibility depending on office; must be licensed and in good standing
• Small portable book welcome, not required
