This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and attention to detail are critical.We offer flexible scheduling options, competitive pay based on experience, and the opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality work.If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of your work—we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoCoordinate parts delivery to and from dealerships, vendors, and customersCommunicate with vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelinesReceive, verify, and process incoming parts orders accuratelyProcess invoices and scan documentation into Dealertrack dailyFill technician and body shop parts requests quickly and accuratelyManage all sublet parts (glass, wheels, bumpers, etc.)Review and support supplement parts needs with technicians and estimatorsAssist with repair order documentation and organizationMaintain inventory of fluids and shop supplies, ensuring proper billingSupport Service Advisors and Technicians using Rapid Recon when applicableMaintain a clean, organized parts department and storage areaAttend daily production and repair meetingsRemain accessible via phone or radio during working hoursSupport both Honda Service and Body Shop operations as neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious automotive parts or dealership experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills with vendors, technicians, and team membersDependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindsetComfortable using systems such as Dealertrack (or similar)What You GetCompetitive pay based on experience and skill levelOpportunity to work across both Service and Body Shop operationsA team-focused environment with strong leadership supportStability with a growing, family-owned companyLocationHeath, Ohio (Onsite)Ready to Join the Team?Apply today and take the next step in your automotive career with Hinderer Motor Company.QualificationsAbility to provide personable, friendly customer service to both internal and external customersHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, including drug screeningAutomotive parts or collision repair experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
