The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store's installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Essential job functions include working with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships, taking customer orders over the phone and online, ensuring delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, and assisting with customer labor claims. Skills/education/knowledge/experience/abilities required include a strong background in mechanics and above average communication skills.
