Pediatric Home Care RN - Dedicated Case, Midtown Atlanta

Pediatric Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)We're urgently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to cover 12-hour shifts, Friday through Monday, on a dedicated pediatric case in Midtown Atlanta: a <5-year-old with special needs requiring G-tube feedings and close clinical monitoring in a home setting. This case allows you to truly get to know, and care for, a child through real continuity of care.Pay & Schedule for Registered Nurses (RNs)$45-55/hour for this case, reflecting the specialty pediatric skill set. Paid weekly, direct deposit.Shifts are 12 hours, 8a-8p, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Each nurse can work anywhere from 12 to 36 hours per week. We can have new nurses working within 7-10 days of offer acceptance.What this Registered Nurse (RN) Role Looks LikeThis is a dedicated case for one child. On shift, you'll be:Managing G-tube feedings and troubleshooting enteral equipmentRunning full clinical assessments and catching changes in condition earlyFollowing an individualized plan of care built with the family and clinical teamPartnering closely with the parents/caregivers on day-to-day care and routinesCoordinating with any other RNs also on the case so care stays consistentKeeping the DON and care team looped in on what's changingCharting from the field on our mobile systemAs our caseload grows, this role may expand to include other skilled needs like wound care, infusions, or bowel/bladder programs.
