Lifecycle Engagement & CRM Strategy Lead
AmaWaterways River Cruises
AmaWaterways in Calabasas, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Engagement & CRM to own a global lifecycle strategy across guest journeys—from prospect to post-cruise advocacy. You will translate vision into scalable programs, coordinating across marketing, product, operations and sales to drive engagement and value.
The role requires 7–10 years in lifecycle marketing or CRM, strong data and segmentation skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
