Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field (LSW preferred but not required)
Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during your graduate program (preferred but not required)
Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy is preferred but not required
PA State Police Criminal History Check
PA Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist - Full Time

Flexible Schedule | Free Clinical Supervision | Full Caseload Within 10 Weeks
Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS)

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to build strong clinical skills, receive support toward licensure, and be part of a team dedicated to meaningful recovery work.

Pay

$36,000-$64,000

Position Details

Full Time
Flexible schedule
Master's Degree required
Guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks
After building your caseload, work a 4-day week
Bonus pay for bilingual therapists
Opportunities for 1 telehealth work-from-home day per week for qualified providers in qualified environments

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
Provide individual and group therapy
Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Two evening shifts per week
Once your caseload is established, work 30 hours per week

Office Hours

Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
