Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Configures, installs, upgrades, and maintains physical and virtual server systems and related infrastructure.

• Administers and monitors enterprise-level systems for performance, availability, and security.

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.

• Manages and validates backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring business continuity.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to support project implementation and system integration.

• Maintains documentation for system configurations, procedures, and change management.

• Ensures compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

• Participates in capacity planning and performance tuning to support scalability and efficiency.

• Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members when needed.

• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Maintains a member first mindset.

• Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.

• Completes all training as required.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
