Responsibilities Care for Guests: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance as required. Deliver meals to guests at their table or designated pick-up areas, ensuring they have an excellent experience. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining room, playground, and surrounding areas. Maintain restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition. Perform hourly checks and follow checklists to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in the restroom and dining room. Stocking and Organization: Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Maintain order and cleanliness in the restaurant, parking lot, and green space. Collaborate with Front of House to support the overall business operation. Training and Collaboration: Train and educate team members on providing a clean, inviting dine-in experience for every guest. Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of service. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to follow checklists and procedures. Willingness to collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment. Ability to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards.
