Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. Must have availability for mornings and evenings. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and menus.

Duties:

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with approved menus and recipes
Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the Dietary department to ensure dietary restrictions and preferences are met
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Experience:

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
