Delaware | Flexible Schedule | Up to $90 per Visit | up to a $10,000 Bonus with the possibility of a retention bonus at 12 months.

We are currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Sussex County DE.

What You'll Do

As an Early Intervention PT, you will:

Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development
Deliver therapy in natural environments homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
Use electronic documentation for each visit
Complete weekly scheduled visits

What We're Looking For

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
Passion for family-centered, community-based care
