LPN/LVN - DialysisTryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN - Dialysis for our client in Rochester, NY 14626. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: LPN/LVN - DialysisLocation: Rochester, NY 14626Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)Work Schedule: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour day/evening shifts (5:30 AM–10:30 PM)Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrsResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Provide outpatient chronic and acute dialysis care.Operate Fresenius dialysis machines.Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.Perform AV fistula/graft cannulation and catheter care.Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control protocols.Float: Required to other dialysis locations.Weekend: Rotating SaturdaysTo be considered for this position, you should have:Active LPN/LVN license.1+ year of dialysis experience.Fresenius experience required.Current BLS (AHA) certification.First-time travelers welcome.EPIC is required.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
